Raspberry Peanut Butter Bars

This vegan raspberry bar is delicious, healthy, and packed with fruit and nut butter! With all this sunshine and hot hot weather here in Florida, I've been feeling like eating way lighter than usual.  Salads and berries and summer foods all the way.

We had some raspberries around the house so I decided to make a version of these for the week.  I amended the recipe to include some peanut butter to play off the old peanut butter and jelly routine and add a bit of protein to our diets (protein is very important to a pregnancy...especially a vegan one).

Avi's been grubbing on them like it's her job asking for more cake all day.  Seeing as these are whole wheat, low in sugar, and packed with fruit, I'm obliging;)
