A Wonderful Weekend Despite The Weather

This weekend we headed out east for some fresh air and fall air.  It was so nice to get out of the city and our daily grind and appreciate some open space, a little shopping, the biggest zucchini I've ever seen, some chili on a rainy night, a slide and a swing and awesome friends to pick apples with. All in all, it was a perfect weekend, despite the rain, wind, and chill in the air!

(Um, is this not the largest zucchini you've ever seen. I took one home because I had to, but I'm not even sure what to do with it! Any suggestions for vegan zucchini dishes?!?)
