A Vegetarian Thanksgiving

To be honest I've been entirely distracted for the past few days to think about Thanksgiving which is absolutely, totally sad.  I love Thanksgiving.  I love what it stands for, I love that it brings family together, and I love that it revolved around food (and all those fabulous fall vegetables).

Nonetheless, I've been coming across tons of articles and blogs and the such promoting vegetarian Thanksgiving menus!
