Sunday Supper: GF Pasta and Scallops
- GF Spagetti
- boil in salted water
- coat in olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt
- Garlic Seared Sea Scallops
- salt and pepper the scallops
- heat a pan to very hot
- add olive oil and garlic
- place the scallops in the pan
- sear
- flip
- sear
- turn off heat
- add pasta to the pan
- mix
- Charred Broccolini
- steam
- let cook in the pan past steam to char
- coat with olive oil and sea salt
