Sunday Supper: GF Pasta and Scallops

  • GF Spagetti
    • boil in salted water
    • coat in olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt
  • Garlic Seared Sea Scallops
    • salt and pepper the scallops
    • heat a pan to very hot
    • add olive oil and garlic
    • place the scallops in the pan
    • sear
    • flip
    • sear
    • turn off heat
    • add pasta to the pan
    • mix
  • Charred Broccolini
    • steam
    • let cook in the pan past steam to char
    • coat with olive oil and sea salt
