Vegans Eat Pancakes Too
Friday afternoon after my mom picked up Avital for the evening, I found myself in bed with my Kindle craving pancakes. I rarely have cravings (and even less of the time do I have the time to feed them), so I decided to whip up a batch.
I had a package of Multigrain Pancakes in the cabinet and they were supereasy to make! I just followed the instructions on the back adding a little of my own flavor (1 tablespoon of Organic Vanilla Extract and 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon) and in minutes I had sizzling pancakes. Top them with a bit of Earth Balance and Pure Maple Syrup and you've got yourself an amazing breakfast or a superstar snack!
Tip: You can prepare the batter in the beginning of the week and keep it in the fridge to pour off for a special, quicky breakfast during the week!
Make some this weekend for your dad (or any dad for that matter). They're a fabulous weekend breakfast with some fruit on the side or even inside! I'm thinking I'll add some of these!
