Vegan Black and White Cookies! By the PPK ladies...

So this past weekend was soooooo crazy!  I feel like I didn't stop for a second, so it was kinda lucky that yesterday was a rainy day (a good excuse for Avi and me to stick around the house all day watching movies and putting together some of her new toys in our pj's.

And, we were totally lucky that there were a couple of Black and White Cookies leftover from her party to indulge in while veging out!

They were totally delicious and decadent and took forever to make!  It was such a fun process (though I didn't finish until 11:30p friday night), but I'm totally proud of myself for making something so fancy AND vegan!

I used the recipe from The PPK girls.  They were kinda orangey cake part and totally sweet as candy black and white topping.  A perfect thing for a party!
